2) What I learned about Excel was how to make tables and graphs on it. Also that Excel is very useful for many things. You can create tables or charts if you need to compare things.
3) Functions have words in front of them like MAX, MIN, AVERAGE etc. Formulas you put the equal sign followed by the numbers and operation symbol you want to use.
4)It could help a small business by if they need to find out the average sells, find out how much money they earn, and find out how much they have to sell in order to gain more than what they used.
